John Cena has a long list of achievements to his name. He is a 16-time World Champion, which is a WWE record. He is a part of some of the biggest Hollywood franchisees. But the achievement that makes him the proudest would undoubtedly be the over 650 wishes that he has granted for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
This statistic is enough to prove that how much Cena loves making his fans happy. But recently the Leader of Cenation received a surprise from his young fan! The emotional video of the same incident has been trending and leaving all the viewers in tears!
In the clip, Cena can be seen reacting to video clips where his fans are thanking him. A young fan, named Tyler Scheer thanked Cena for inspiring him with the message “Never Give Up”. His family was going through a tough time, when Tyler’s mother was diagnosed with cancer.
Tyler recalled that he had attended a WWE show, where Cena had given him his wristband. The young fan gave the band to his mother as he underwent the surgery and told her to not give up. Tyler informed that his mother is now cancer free. T
his was not all, Tyler even surprised Cena and thanked him in person. A visibly emotional John Cena hugged the young fan. Since then, people have been sharing the video and discussing the importance of random acts of kindness. Moments like these show that not just inside the ring, Cena is a hero for many in real life too.
John Cena recently lost to Roman Reigns at WWE Summerslam 2021
Since the last couple of years, John Cena has been focussing on his Hollywood career and is rarely seen on WWE TV. But this year, Cena got time out of his schedule and returned to WWE for “The Biggest Party of the Summer”.
Cena returned to challenge Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship. Their feud led to some of the best promos of the year and gave way to the main event of Summerslam. After a month long of appearances, Cena concluded the Summer of Cena at Summerslam with a loss to Reigns. In his tweet, he thanked the WWE Universe and promised to return soon.
