Joe Burrow prefers to keep the juicy details about his romantic life tucked away from the media. Until now, very few were privy to whom he’s dating. Finally, the papz have zoned in on one name.

The Cosmopolitan has discovered a small insertion in Burrow’s otherwise impenetrable wall of security. The gossip publication recently reported that Burrow is dating model Olivia Ponton.

The publication deduced the said theory after a TikTok profile by the name of joeyb.9gf shared a short clip capturing both Burrow and Ponton stepping out of the same car in New York—presumably for the Met Gala on May 5.

Burrow’s Instagram revealed that the Pro Bowler left New York and was in Miami, attending an event organized by the Alo Men apparel brand. He further posted snapshots from Miami Gardens, where the 2025 Miami Grand Prix took place on Sunday.

So the footage could be at least from either Saturday or Friday.

There’s proof that Porton was in New York around that time. She posted several pictures wearing Dolce & Gabbana merchandise during a night out in the city that never sleeps.

However, several Joe Burrow fan handles on Twitter claimed that the rumored footage was shot in Miami, a day before the race.

Now, this doesn’t prove that Joe Burrow and Olivia Ponton are dating, but there’s enough clout to join the dots that something is going on between the two.

Who is Olivia Ponton?

Ponton first popped up on the paparazzi’s radar in December 2024. She alerted the police to report a burglary at Joe’s house in Ohio. The police reports revealed that Ponton noticed a ‘shattered bedroom window and the room ransacked’ just after eight p.m.

Burrow wasn’t present at his house that night. The 28-year-old was in Texas with his Bengals team to play against the Dallas Cowboys. When the police asked Porton why she was at Burrow’s house, she claimed to be employed by the former Heisman Trophy winner.

Ponton’s true identity is that of a model. She has modeled for famous brands such as Ralph Lauren and Victoria’s Secret and was named a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit rookie in 2022.

What happened to Joe Burrow’s secret engagement?

Ponton isn’t the first Olivia in Burrow’s life. For the longest time, fans knew that he was in a private relationship with Olivia Holzmacher.

The pair reportedly started dating when Burrow played for the Ohio State Buckeyes in 2017 before moving to LSU. They even attended Fanatics’ head honcho Michael Rubin’s Super Bowl party in 2023.

However, fans speculated a rift forming between the two when Ponton entered the frame in December last year. The frequency of Holzmacher’s posts on Instagram decreased after the incident at Burrow’s house. She last posted on February 2 with the caption “Be intentional, do the hard $hit, && show, don’t tell. I found my deeper well” and a carousel of photos.

There were even rumors that Burrow and Holzmacher were engaged. She even shared a photo wearing a ring with Burrow right next to her. Many believed this was a secret engagement party that only a few were privy to. But has remained silent about the ceremony to this day.

It’s hard to pinpoint what happened to Holzmacher and whether she was really in a relationship with the two-time NFL Comeback Player of the Year recipient.

Meanwhile, the 2025 NFL draft took place in Green Bay last month. After the rookie minicamp, all the senior players, including Burrow, will report for spring training at the Bengals’ facility.
