Timothee Chalamet has not missed a single game of the Knicks-76ers series so far. The Hollywood actor missed the chance to make his first appearance at the Met Gala event since 2021 as he skipped the event to attend Game 1 at the Madison Square Garden. He was seen riling up the crowd at the MSG in Game 2.
Alongside Chalamet, Spike Lee and Ben Stiller were seen courtside. The three Knicks super fans were were prominent attendees during the Knicks’ Eastern Conference Finals run last year and this year seems to be no different.
The Knicks flocked in numbers in Philly and made their voices heard. Many bought their tickets through their friends in Philly, while some bought them from the second market. This comes after Joel Embiid made a plea to the 76ers fans to not sell their tickets. Unfortunately, it looks like both the team and the fans did not show up on Friday night.
Jalen Brunson led the way for the Knicks in Game 3
There have been a lot of doubts and questions whether Jalen Brunson is the right man to take the Knicks to a championship. Brunson has become a fan-favorite in the city of New York and helped the team win the 2025 NBA Cup.

The Knicks guard has impressed in the playoffs this year and has been the best player in the Knicks-76ers series so far. He made some clutch baskets in Game 3 as he ended his night with a game-high 33 points, five rebounds and nine assists in 38 minutes.
In the three games of this series, he is averaging 31.3 points and six assists. The Knicks are well on course to another Eastern Conference Finals appearance this year and will be looking for a clean sweep in Game 4.
Timothee Chalamet and the Knicks fans were loud in Philly
While it was not the celebrity row at the MSG, Timothee Chalamet and Spike Lee made sure to hype up the Knicks fans around. There may have been more 76ers fans in the arena, but the Knicks fans cheered loudly throughout the game.
After the game, 76ers forward Kelly Oubre Jr. spoke about the loud crowd at the Xfinity Mobile Arena.
I could say something that could get clickbaited but…No matter what it’s loud. It’s kind of the same no matter who the crowd’s cheering for.

When the two sides clashed against each other in the first round two years ago, the Knicks fans took over Philly and even a road game felt like a home game for the Knicks as they went through in six games. Hence, Embiid urged the fans to not sell their tickets so that it doesn’t take away the advantage of a home court.
The 76ers did their best to limit the number of Knicks fans in the arena. It is just 90 miles from MSG to Xfinity Mobile Arena, but the 76ers tried to ward off Knicks fans through Ticketmaster by geographically restricting sales to fans in the greater Philadelphia area. While it may have worked to an extent, it was still not enough.
