Roman Reigns was entitled to receive the acknowledgement of Jacob Fatu on this week's Raw after winning the Tribal Combat at Clash in Italy.

Roman Reigns pulled up to this week’s Raw in Turin just a day removed from defeating Jacob Fatu in a brutal tribal combat. ‘The OTC’ not only retained the world title but he also bolstered his standing of the tribal chief in his family tree. Reigns and Usos kicked things off on Raw and the Italian crowd greeted the trio with utmost fervor.
After getting the raucous folks in Turin to acknowledge him, Reigns awaited Fatu’s arrival. ‘The Samoan Werewolf’ came out and said he knew there would be consequences to subjecting himself in the deep waters of the tribal combat. The former US Champion affirmed that his family saw him lose from ringside, which seemed to have ruffled him the most.

But saying that the father of his children was a man of his word, the 34-year-old eventually owned up losing to his tribal chief at Clash in Italy. ‘The Samoan Werewolf’ then acknowledged Roman Reigns and bowed down in front of the 7-time world champion. ‘The OTC’ clasped his hand and picked Fatu up to tell the Sacramento native that he loved him.

After that, Roman Reigns and The Usos put their ones to the sky, and Jacob Fatu followed suit. Jimmy Uso also extended a warning to the entire locker room on behalf of the remastered version of the Bloodline, which is looking stronger than ever with the addition of ‘The Samoan Werewolf’.
Some fans weren’t expecting Fatu to accept the suzerainty of Reigns and the Usos. However, Fatu honored the blood oath of the tribal combat and stayed true to his word. The former enforcer of Solo Sikoa seems neutered and domesticated for now. It’d be interesting to see how he’ll fare under the marching orders of ‘The OTC’.
Roman Reigns entrusted Jey Uso with Cody Rhodes assignment on Raw
One clip that made the rounds on social media after Clash in Italy was the post-show backstage confrontation of Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes. WWE aired it on Raw with cameras backstage revealing that Reigns and The Usos were also watching it on the TV screen.

‘The Tribal Chief’ said he’ll get to ‘The QB1’ later, keeping the door open for their highly anticipated third match, which, at one point, was heavily rumored to happen at this year’s WrestleMania. Reigns is even with Rhodes at 1-1 in the two singles matches they’ve had. The fact that WWE made them interact and put emphasis on it on Raw pretty much confirms that the third installment of their rivalry is in the works.
At this point, it could happen later in the year at Crown Jewel given that both men hang onto their respective world title belts. But Roman Reigns has already made plans to devoid his arch-nemesis of the Undisputed WWE Championship. ‘The OTC’ told Jey Uso in the aforementioned segment that he’s held the World Heavyweight Championship once but has never tasted the other one.

Reigns henceforth asked ‘The Yeet Master’ to go win the King of the Ring tournament and take the WWE title from Rhodes at SummerSlam. ‘The Big Uce’ let Uso know that there are two ends of the table and he needed his cousin to level up. As Jey nodded to the task at hand, Reigns asked Jimmy to stay back and let his younger brother do it on his own.
Jey Uso’s first-round KOTR match is a Fatal-4-Way featuring LA Knight, Royce Keys, and Finn Balor as the other three men. They’ll duke it out on next week’s SmackDown to advance to the semifinals of the tournament, with the finals set for Night of Champions on June 27.
It would be a real big task for ‘The Yeet Man’ to overcome the competition he’s up against. He might not be the favorite to make it through to the next round, with several odds favoring LA Knight to become the 2026 WWE King of the Ring and challenge Roman Reigns for the world title at SummerSlam.

‘The Megastar’ had previously issued a stern warning to Reigns on last week’s Raw via Jimmy Uso. Moreover, Knight got into an argument with GM Adam Pearce on this week’s Raw over his alleged favoritism of the Bloodline by facilitating its re-emergence on the scene.
