Gisele Bündchen paid tribute to her husband, Joaquim Valente, on Father’s Day, sharing a heartfelt message and family photos that highlighted his role in their lives while making no mention of her ex-husband, Tom Brady.
The supermodel posted the tribute on Instagram on June 21, praising the jiu-jitsu instructor for the example he sets for their family.
Happy Father’s Day @joaquimvalente! Thank you for leading by example, and for the values you embody: love, humility, integrity, discipline, kindness, and consistency. You are an incredible role model. We are all so grateful for you, and we love you so much.

Alongside the message, Bündchen shared a carousel of photos showing Valente spending time with the couple’s son, who was born in January 2025, as well as her two children, Vivian and Benjamin, whom she shares with Brady.
One image showed Vivian hugging Valente as he sat in a chair. Another featured Valente and Benjamin standing back to back while comparing their heights.
Bündchen also honored her father, Valdir Bündchen, in the post, thanking him for his “unconditional love, wisdom, and support through every stage of my life.” She concluded the tribute by writing, “Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there. ❤️.”
The post comes several months after Bündchen and Valente quietly took a major step in their relationship. In December 2025, reports revealed that the couple had secretly married the previous month. The pair began dating in 2022 and share one son, whose name has not been publicly disclosed.

While Gisele Bündchen’s Father’s Day message focused on Valente and her father, Tom Brady had publicly acknowledged his former wife during Mother’s Day celebrations last month.
The former NFL quarterback shared photos of Bündchen with their children, Benjamin and Vivian, as part of a tribute to the mothers in his life. One image showed Bündchen with Brady’s eldest son, Jack, whom he shares with former partner Bridget Moynahan.
“Happy Mother’s Day ❤️❤️❤️,” Brady wrote alongside one of the photos. He also shared a picture of Bündchen spending time with Benjamin and Vivian and added, “Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing mothers in this world… ❤️❤️❤️.”
Brady and Bündchen began dating in 2006 and married on February 26, 2009. During their 13-year marriage, they welcomed two children together before announcing their divorce in October 2022. Since their separation, Bündchen has moved forward with Valente. The couple remains private about their young son and has not publicly revealed his name.
