Charlotte Flair responds to Hall of Famer’s challenge

Smackdown Women's Champion
Charlotte Flair is often considered to be one of the greatest WWE Superstars among the current lot. She is the most successful Superstar in the entire Women’s division – with a total of 13 World Championship reigns. Currently the Queen holds the Smackdown Women’s Championship and is also scheduled to be a part of the 30-Woman Royal Rumble match.
Flair has been a part of the Championship scene for a major part of 2021. She had kicked off her 13th reign as the Champion at WWE Summerslam 2021, when she defeated Nikki A.S.H. and Rhea Ripley to become the Raw Women’s Champion. She later exchanged her title for the Smackdown Women’s Championship with Becky Lynch due to the WWE Draft 2021.
Charlotte Flair recently announced her participation in the 2022 Women’s Royal Rumble match. Along with this announcement, came the participation reveal of several former Superstars like Lita and Mickie James. The announcement of James’ participation was one of the biggest news of the year.
The current Impact Knockouts Champion had subtly challenged the Queen. The Smackdown Women’s Champion recently took to Twitter to respond to James’ challenge. While Flair vs Mickie could’ve been a blockbuster match – it seems like Charlotte Flair isn’t interested in this feud currently and asked James to “wait in line”.
Flair had the same response for another challenger as well. Michelle McCool, also a participant in this year’s Royal Rumble received a similar message from the Smackdown Women’s Champion. “It is destiny…I AM DESTINY…wait in line” – tweeted Flair.
Charlotte Flair is seeking a new Challenger

The Smackdown Women’s Champion was last seen in a feud against the now released Superstar – Toni Storm. Flair managed to pin her and retain the title on the Christmas special episode of Smackdown. Since then, Flair has not been seen in a feud.
During the live events, Charlotte Flair was constantly performing in matches against Sasha Banks. But Banks suffered an injury and has been ruled out of action for several weeks. So we might get to see a new challenger emerge for the Smackdown Women’s Champion during the Women’s Royal Rumble match.
