“Best thing going,” Hall of Famer praises Smackdown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair

Smackdown Women's Champion

Charlotte Flair is the most successful Superstar on the WWE roster today. She currently holds the Smackdown Women’s Championship and this is her 13th World Championship reign! She has held the Blue as well as the Raw Women’s title six times each and has also held the Divas Championship once.

Flair had kicked off her 12th reign as a Champion at Money in the Bank 2021 PPV, where she pinned Rhea Ripley to win the title. But in less than 24 hours she lost the title to Nikki A.S.H. She headed to Summerslam and managed to defeat Nikki and Rhea Ripley in a Triple Threat match to win the Championship back again.

2022 has been a dominant year for Charlotte Flair. While she hasn’t put the title on the line this year on a PPV at all, but has delivered some amazing performances. She had even entered the Women’s Royal Rumble match and eliminated the most number of participants. Unfortunately she was the final participant to be eliminated – by the eventual winner Ronda Rousey.

Undoubtedly, Charlotte Flair is one of the biggest Superstars for the company. 2-time Hall of Famer Ric Flair, who also happens to be her father, feels that she is the best thing going in the professional wrestling industry today. “The Natureboy” was speaking on his Wooooo Nation Uncensored podcast.

She could be doing this for another 10 years. She has found that level of comfort, even if they flip her back and forth or whatever. Right now, she’s riding high. I mean, it’s the best thing going today,” Ric Flair mentioned during his podcast.
