Tyson Fury has been calling out Anthony Joshua ever since there were reports that he would be fighting the former unified world heavyweight champion which for many reasons haven’t yet been constructed.

Recently the WBC heavyweight champion took to Twitter to say that his former rival could easily knockout the Britain inside 3 rounds as the exact words he used were, “I’d say @BronzeBomber would KO the bum inside 3 rounds.

Both Wilder and Joshua have been at a downward spiral in their careers after the American lost his WBC title to Fury in a rematch back in 2020 and even lost the trilogy fight last year while AJ lost his WBA, WBO, IBF, and IBO to Oleksandr Usyk in his last fight.

However, ‘The Gypsy King’ believes that Wilder is a much tougher opponent compared to his fellow Britain though having beaten ‘The Bronze Bomber’ twice and not having faced AJ inside the ring at all.

Wilder pondered retirement after his recent loss to Fury, but has promised he will not give up on his boxing career stating “the best is yet to come“.

The boxing world’s been waiting for a fight confirmation between Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua, however, Shelly Finkel manager of Deontay Wilder has faith in the American getting his chance in the ring with AJ.

While talking with The Sun about Wilder one day facing Joshua he said, “We’d definitely fight him, win or lose. If I was managing Joshua, a rematch is where I would go. I’m looking out for Deontay, and that’s all I’m looking out for, but I have been a fan of Joshua.”

“He’s been a good representative of the heavyweight division. He needs to redeem himself; I don’t think he’s the same fighter he was before the fight with Ruiz and I feel early in this fight he got hit and wobbled by Usyk and that changed everything.”

Joshua at the moment will be taking on Oleksandr Usyk in a rematch hoping to become a three-time heavyweight champion while Deontay Wilder has no news of any return at the moment.
