Later it became more clear when the ‘ Mystic Mac’ shared a picture of him punching Mayweather from their last fight. In the caption, the former UFC double champion wrote,” I accept.” Indicating that he is up for the mega-fight against Mayweather.

McGregor was always shown interest in boxing and discussed that with Sky Sports in one of his recent interviews. He said :

Boxing is my first love in combat sports. I had such a great time the last time I was out there. Obviously, my return will be in the octagon for UFC – that story is far from over, in fact it’s just being written, it is just the beginning. But, boxing, for sure I will grace the squared circle again in the future

It seems like before coming to UFC McGregor will take another stop and will box Mayweather soon. Given the fan following of both these superstars, the event will definitely be a massive hit.
