Jake Paul and Tommy Fury finally met inside the boxing ring to settle their score. The two fighters went neck-and-neck at Diriyah Arena in Saudi Arabia, with Tommy Fury emerging victorious. Prior to the fight, a script for the match made rounds on the internet, and now fans are drawing some parallels with the proceedings of the match.

From walkout songs to the results of each round, the script predicted everything, so let’s take a look to see if it actually managed to get things right. It began with predicting the walkout songs and outfits of each fighter. However, except for Tommy’s outfit, which was meant to be a tribute to his wife and newborn daughter, the script was wrong.

Next, on moving on to the fight, the script said the fighters begin cautiously by circling one another and trading blows. Jake Paul would connect with a left hook, but Tommy Fury would quickly counter with a right hand. Tommy did manage to stay at the top at the end of the first round. In the second round, the script predicted Tommy Fury to take real control of the fight as Jake Paul failed to find any rhythm in the match.

This was actually what took place in the real fight. Tommy Fury was tearing apart the Problem Child during the second round. In the third round, the script predicted Jake Paul to finally get hold of the match and catch Fury off guard. Despite Jake Paul performing better in this round, things didn’t actually go according to the script, and it’s here where things start getting wrong.

According to the script during the fourth round, Tommy Fury was meant to have trouble with his left eye, and Paul would have capitalized on it to land several strikes to Fury’s head, but things actually didn’t play out that way in the real fight. In the next round, the script stated Tommy’s eye would completely close and would require doctors to check it; however, nothing even close took place inside the ring. The sixth and seventh rounds saw Jake completely dominating Tommy, which was also incorrect.

In the final round, the script predicted Jake Paul would knock out Tommy and win the match. Even though Jake did manage to knock Tommy down during the match as a result of a slip, Tommy was ultimately declared the winner via Split Decision. Despite making a few predictions correctly, the leaked script circulating on the internet was actually fake. Even the promoter of the fight confirmed that the script was fake. Moreover, the promotion named in the watermark of the paper doesn’t exist at all.
