Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams is set to play his third season in the NFL. Last year, Williams led the Bears to the summit of the NFC North and won a playoff game.
The former first overall pick recently added another feather to his crown of achievements. EA selected Williams as the cover athlete for Madden 27.
While attending an EA event, Williams revealed his Mount Rushmore of NFL quarterbacks.
Tom Brady, Aaron Rodgers, Peyton Manning, and Joe Montana.

Williams grew up supporting the Green Bay Packers because of Rodgers. The veteran shot caller who extended his stay in Pittsburgh, won a Super Bowl, and four league MVPs as the Packers under center.

Williams no longer supports the Packers. On the contrary, he hates the guts of the Packers fans. The 24-year-old has completely embraced the Chicago culture and the city’s disdain for the Packers.
Caleb Williams sets clear goals for year three
Williams entered the NFL as the next big quarterback prospect. There were glimpses of greatness in his rookie year, but he struggled to finish teams off. He completed 62.5% of his passes for 3541 yards, threw 20 touchdowns, and 6 interceptions. The Bears won just five games.

Ahead of year two, the Bears appointed former Lions offensive coordinator Ben Johnson as the new head coach. Williams’ overall numbers improved, but his pass completion rate fell below 60%. He’s preparing himself to right the wrongs in 2026.
Get the completion percentage up, keep the offense on the field more, be the highest scoring offense.

Per FOX Sports, the Bears boasted the sixth-best offense, averaging 369.5 yards per game. They scored 49 touchdowns, four more than the New York Giants, who won just four games last year.
With Johnson’s help, Williams and the Bears can become one of the best offenses.
This year, it’s being able to start where we finished last year, playcalls and words and verbiage and speak the same language, and now it’s being able to grow more from an earlier stage than maybe doing it a little bit earlier in the season or halfway through the season, speaking on things that really help throughout the year.

Caleb Williams reacts to the Bears potentially leaving Chicago
The Bears have used Soldier Field to play home games for decades. It’s old and requires renovation. So, the Bears’ front office sought substantial public funding, tax exemptions, and financial backing for a new, enclosed venue. When the Illinois state legislature failed to pass the required stadium bill, the state of Indiana presented a more lucrative offer.
An insider confirmed the news to Adam Schefter of ESPN.
I was like, ‘Is this real? Are they moving to Indiana?’ and he said: ‘Yeah, it is. It’s not a bluff. There is more work to do, but barring anything strange, it’s a done deal’.

Williams recently reacted to the Bears potentially moving to Indiana.
I’m going to play wherever there’s 120 by 53 and a third, and it’s marked up with white lines and two end zones. I’m okay with whatever. Whatever decision they make is whatever decision they make. I just want some green with my teammates and coaches and another team out there, and fans.

The site for the Bears’ new stadium is still being discussed. If the deal goes through, Indiana will become the latest state to host multiple NFL teams after New York/New Jersey, Los Angeles, Florida, and Texas.
