The winger from Georgia who plays for Italian team Napoli was crowned the Serie A’s Player of the Month (POTM) for March on Wednesday. Khvicha Kvaratskhelia has now won the award twice in a row and three times in one season. This establishes a new milestone in the league’s history.

Following his outstanding exploits for Napoli in March, Kvaratskhelia was picked as the best player in the Serie A. This resulted in him being awarded the title of Player of the Month. Players can find out how to complete his POTM SBC from the guide below.

Serie A CEO Luigi De Siervo praised the Georgian by saying, “The series of successes and recognitions continues for Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, the first player to be awarded three times in the same season as man of the month.”

EA Sports, a unit of Electronic Arts that creates and distributes sports videogames, announced that Kvaratskhelia had won the award. EA Sports  is the sponsor of the Serie A Player of the Month award.

Khvicha received the most votes from the public in the poll, which also included votes for nominees Kim Min-jae, Armand Laurienté of Sassuolo, Adrien Rabiot of Juventus, and Destiny Udogie of Udinese.

The prize will be given to Kvaratskhelia before Napoli’s match against Milan on Sunday at the Diego Armando Maradona stadium in Naples. This is following his selection as the Player of the Month for February, and being named POTM for March in FIFA 23.
