Where to find Bushranger in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4?

Like all prominent Fortnite characters, Bushranger has quite the history in the game. This is probably because nobody saw this character returning in the long run, and many considered him dead within the game, so it was fairly surprising when the community found out that this character has not only made its return in Chapter 3 Season 4, but is there to stay on the island for two weeks as part of the quests to secure the battle pass.

The bushranger was introduced last year in Chapter 2 of the game, making it a returning NPC that can contribute substantially to the game. The game officially describes Bushranger as: “Bushranger has no idea how he ended up on the island, but he knows that none of the other trees are quite like him. Until he can find his way home, he’s happy to live of the land and off the beaten path.”

The Bushranger is the source of several items that need to be found out or used in the game. Unlike the Bao Bros, this NPC is relatively easier to find, regularly haunting the area near the Knowby Cabin and the space near the Reality Tree. This makes it easier to find him and purchase the firefly jar or the grappler hook in order to complete the missions within the game. Bushranger is set to stay within the game till the beginning of Chapter 3 Season 5.

How to complete Firefly jar quest in Fortnite

Epic Games has introduced a new quest that will end up granting 20,000 XP to players who can hit an opponent with a firefly jar. Although this quest appears to be relatively simple, this is quite complex since locating a firefly jar is going to take some time for the fans. One of the simpler locations is simply to seek out the Bushranger and buy out the firefly jars. Since a lot of jars can be carried together, carrying them will not be an issue in the game.

Having secured a jar and captured a swarm, the next step is to find an opponent and engage in combat. Getting into a proper angle and throwing the firefly jar should do the trick. Make sure to hit your opponent with the jar to complete the quest. Since the mechanics of throwing appear to be quite easy, it should not take too much time to throw these at an opponent to get 20,000 XP. It will be interesting to find out if the players choose to capture the fireflies themselves or get those from the Bushranger to complete the quests.
