GTA Online might soon drop teasers on GTA 6, claims Rockstar Games insider

Following a series of leaked gameplay videos, it looks like there might be some official teasers on the most awaited title of Rockstar Games, GTA 6. The information has come from a prominent insider who claims that the current game will soon begin with a campaign that might eventually lead to a new announcement.

The video gaming industry saw one of the biggest games getting leaked last month which were confirmed to be real as Take-Two and Rockstar Games got involved in taking down every single video on GTA 6 and tracing down the hacker.

GTA 6 teasers might be dropped during Halloween

Rockstar Games is currently focusing on GTA Online, the multiplayer version of Grand Theft Auto 5 which got exponentially popular months after its release. A lot of events and updates have been added to the game since its release but the upcoming event might just be the most memorable one.

Insider Tez2 has claimed that the developers will soon bring a Halloween event in GTA Online. As a part of this event, players will be able to see UFOs coming in the game 16 days prior to Halloween festival. Apparently this UFO event will provide a major detail on GTA 6.

To justify his claim, the insider referred to the mysterious image in San Andreas that went viral in 2021. The image featured a UFO themed bar in the Lil’Probe Inn which was not included in the in-game map, hence players were hoping that they might get some information on GTA 6.

As discussion on the mysterious image has popped up again, there is a high chance that players will be able to see a teaser on the upcoming game through the newly added UFO event. Some other considerations taken by the insider were discussed on GTAForum that further convinced players that a major announcement is on its way-

“Rockstar has revealed the first details such as the setting of the last two major games, GTA V and Read Dead Redemption 2 in October. So, there’s already a high chance that an announcement may occur in October as well.”

Rockstar Games has already confirmed that the development of GTA 6 has not been affected due to the abrupt series of leaks revealed on the internet. A couple of days before the gameplay got leaked, the developers bid farewell to their previous games which fueled rumors of a GTA 6 announcement soon.

Players should, however keep in mind that even if Rockstar Games drops a hint on GTA 6 this month, it is unlikely that the game will be available for the audience next year.
