PMGC 2021 WEST: SW1 DAY1 Results
The first day of the three day long Super Weekend of PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2021 West ended with a phenomenal performance from all the sixteen teams that had qualified for the weekend. Teams are looking forward to retain their positions as these points will be crucial for the league stage standings.
S2G Esports who were placed at the fourth position after the weekdays ended surprised everyone with their performance as they took an astonishing 44 finishes in 5 matches and were the only team to surpass 90 points at the first day of Super Weekend. Unicorns of Love are placed at the second position with 68 points. Following them closely stands Ghost Gaming with 63 points. The team also took 27 eliminations and a chicken dinner to achieve a place among the top three positions.
PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2021 West Super Weekend 1 Day 1 Result
The first match of the day began at the classic map of Erangel where 1907 Fenerbahce was eliminated early. Teams were engaged in intense action at the last zone near Rozhok. Eastern Star’s last player helped the team with 8 frags to reach the third position but was eliminated by the player of Ghost Gaming. Both the teams had equal probabilities of winning the match. Ultimately, Unicorns of Love’s team work helped them to secure the chicken dinner.

Match 2 of PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2021 West SW1 was played at the Miramar map where unfortunately, Eastern Stars were eliminated within a few minutes. All eyes were set on Unicorns who didn’t fail to impress their fans after paving their way towards the third position with 14 points. S2G Esports were the owner of the chicken dinner with 13 finishes. Fenerbahce also played well and secured the second position after claiming 9 finishes. S2G Calsee took 7 finishes alone and gave a whopping damage of 850 to become the MVP of the match.
The third match of PMGC 2021 West SW1 Day 1 was again played at Erangel map. It was a 2 vs 1 situation at the end between 2 players of S2G Esports and one player of Black Dragons. With the help of an accurate grenade, S2G smoothly eliminated Black Dragons and added a total of 11 eliminations to their name. Knights also played remarkably and took the highest number of eliminations in this match. Timber from S2G Esports was declared as the MVP of the match after he gave an average of 32% contribution to his team.
The fourth match of PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2021 began at Sanhok where Ghost Gaming and Black Dragons were eliminated early. The table toppers, S2G Esports were not able to win the match however their performance was top notch as the team alone eliminated 15 players from the match. Rise Esports clinched the Chicken dinner at this match with 6 frags and a total of 21 points. The fifth and final match of PMGC 2021 West SW1 was won by Ghost Gaming who were struggling to make a mark since the beginning. NRx came at the second position with 6 frags.
