Nova Esports wins PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2021
From barely qualifying to the Grand Finals, to lifting the champions trophy, defending champions Nova Esports have been declared as the winner of PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2021. The star studded roster from China has successfully claimed the trophy for two consecutive years. Apart from the champions title, they have been awarded with the winner’s cash prize of $1,530,000 out of the total 6 million prize pool.
Nova Esports became the only team to surpass 100 eliminations and 200 points in the PMGC 2021 Grand Finals, scoring a total of 222 points. Following them were Natus Vincere, whose performance was equally remarkable as they finished the tournament with 175 points and 95 eliminations. The third place was given to UAE based, Nigma Galaxy, a strong team for champions slot who scored 166 points and 48 eliminations.

PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2021 Grand Finals Day 3 Overview
The day started at the versatile Erangel map where the chicken dinner was taken by Mongolian team Stalwart Esports. The concluding moments of the match saw some insane clutches between among the players of Fenerbahce Esports and STE. The winning team took 12 eliminations in total, however, Paraboy from Nova Esports was named as the MVP.
Six Two Eight won the second match of PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2021. The Chinese team successfully entered the zone and started picking up finishes, finally winning the second match. The third match of the day was won by star team from Thailand, The Infinity with 9 eliminations.
Match fourth of the day was won by S2G Esports, although, Fenerbahce Esports was giving them a hard time as it was uncertain to declare the winner of the match at the end. The fifth match of PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2021 Grand Finals was won by Natus Vincere with 11 eliminations whereas Nigma Galaxy was eliminated at the second position.
Nova Esports retained their first position after five matches whereas Nigma Galaxy and Natus Vincere were having a head to head competition. The sixth and final match of the day was won by GodLike Esports with 7 eliminations. On the other hand, Nova Esports continued to add to their survival points by claiming the second position at the match.
Order from Nova Esports was named as the MVP of PMGC 2021 and also awarded with the cash prize of $10,000 USD. GodLike Esports fared well to claim the 13th position with 106 points and 66 eliminations.
