ScreaM to part ways with Valorant outfit Team Liquid

ScreaM

For all Team Liquid Valorant fans, this is a devastating day indeed. Adil Benrlitom, better known as ScreaM, will no longer be a part of the franchise, confirmed the Valorant outfit. As one of the best headshot machines within the game, ScreaM had racked up quite the reputation for being a killer with his aim and more so because he is the man who made one-taps so famous within the game. Unfortunately for Liquid fans, however, ScreaM’s time with the franchise has come to an end.

ScreaM and his brother are set to join the Frech Organisation Karmine Corp, and both Nivera and ScreaM have been handed over to the organization. ScreaM has had one of the longest partnerships in the history of Valorant, having been with the team since the initiation of Team Liquid’s Valorant Roster. He was signed alongside the rest of the ‘Fish123’ team, who had dominated the EMEA region alongside G2 at the time.

With the departure of ScreaM, the only player remaining from the original Fish123 team is Soulcas. Team Liquid has decided to replace the brother duo with former M3C players Ayaz “nAts” Akhmetshin and Igor “Redgar” Vlasov with newcomer Dmitriy “dimasick” Matvienko set to be shifted onto the bench as the sixth player. Liquid fans have gone crazy since the announcement, and it will be interesting to find out how this team fares in their first season without their talismanic aimbot.

Former Kru sports professional retires from competitive Valorant to pursue Engineering

Valorant
Kru Esports

Valorant KRU Sports professional, Delz1k has decided to step down and retire from the competitive Valorant arena in order to pursue engineering. This news comes before VCT 2023, giving the team enough time to search for a replacement until the tournament kicks off in February 2023. Delz1k’s retirement has sent ripples through the Valorant community since he made the decision to retire at only 22 years of age, which is relatively early in the Valorant arena.

It would now depend upon Kru to find a suitable replacement for Delz1k, whom fans did not want to leave the roster. Delz1k had a special place among the Kru fan base, especially after his clutch secured a place for the team in this year’s VCT 2023. This year, however, Kru will have to find a different dependable man for these situations.

Although nothing has yet been confirmed by either the franchise or the player, this news comes from the extremely reliable Lembo, who is a fellow professional himself. Delz1k was an integral part of the team that went up against the likes of OpTic Gaming in Masters Copenhagen 2022 and FPX during VCT Istanbul. It will be interesting to find out who replaces Delz1g in the roster, and if the replacement is directly going into the controller category.
