Popular Twitch game streamer Felix ‘xQc’ revealed that he believes Kai Cenat has evaded Twitch’s ban hammer quite a few times after the latter’s latest ban on the streaming platform. The Amazon-based streaming service is not always clear on why they give ban to its streamers most of the time. This always begs the question of how the Twitch Terms of Services work.
People always get confused about how Twitch decides whom to ban in the first place. Some believe big streamers like Kai get overlooked for bringing in so many views on the platform. However, for the small-time streamers, it’s a different story.
But we do see a lot of well-known streamers receive punishment from time to time. To put it into context, recently, Kai got banned from Twitch for 7 days and the reason being a GTA clip. Not just Kai, but top female streamer Amouranth too served a short ban for reasons unknown.

xQc believes Kai Cenat should have gotten banned 5 or 6 times already
Kai Cenat’s recent ban came after he threatened to leave Twitch and switch over to the new platform Kick. xQc while discussing Twitch bans and how it works Kai Cenat’s recent ban came up. The renowned game streamer and one of the most watched streamers on the platform shared his opinion about Cenat’s ban. While talking about it he said,” I am not going to be a snitching Andy; Kai balled out super hard.”
He goes on to clarify his words by saying,” This is objective, him saying (Oh well he got banned for this, lol). If you want to scope out and look at what people normally get banned for, he would have gotten banned five or six times, I think that’s like the absolute minimum.” According to the former Overwatch pro, this is how things are with Twitch and its bans.
As previously mentioned, the Streamer of the Year award recipient Kai Cenat could still move to Kick if he thinks his not getting his money’s worth. Not just him popular names like Adin Ross have shown interest in switching over. Moreover, Trainwreckstv one of the more vocal streamers about all things KICK seems pretty positive about it.

The community seems to be divided on the matter. Few are siding with xQc, while other seem to be on Cenat’s corner. The commenters argued that a lot of streamers didn’t receive ban even though they played Cenat’s GTA video on stream.
Some even think this is being blown out of proportion and it’s just a minor issue. While xQc did not clarify why he chose to speak on Cenat’s ban, their rivalry isn’t new.
On the Live stream, some even questioned xQc’s level of understanding of Twitch’s TOS.

Cenat hasn’t given any reply to xQc’s jab for now. Moreover, Cenat recently built a $15,000 IronMan suit which he received as a gift from MrBeast.
