“People would watch me worm dance than your content,” xQc TROLLS Ethan Klein during livestream as reaction content debate escalates
xQc does the worm on Ethan
Ethan Klein of H3H3 Productions recently got into a debate with popular streamer xQc. Earlier today, on August 8th, they both went at each other for their opposing views on reaction content. The topic has been under a lot of heat lately as YouTuber SomeOrdinaryGamer called him out and spiraled controversy online.
This has been the hot topic of the streaming world recently with fans divided between the moral views behind reacting to content. Many argue it’s lame and lazy to react as it’s ‘stealing the hard work’ small creators have made.
While others believe it brings more eyes to the videos being reacted to by big streamers who react to them, It can now be understood why xQc’s name is widely dragged into this conversation.
Other reacting streamers, like HasanAbi, have also been under the heat for this. Ironically, HasanAbi and xQc have been blaming each other. Ethan has been very strongly involved in the debate. He even confronted Hasan Abi, who was his friend. Now, when xQc invited him to stream alleged texts that Ethan had later posted on Twitter, Ethan took the opportunity and hopped right on for an entertaining stream.
With both xQc and Ethan making valid points in their argument, it seemed to be repetitive as Ethan started losing his patience. After a while, he interrupts xQc saying “All right thank you, buddy, it was a good chat. I think that we’ve done a good job at getting to the heart of what you care about and how you feel about taking people’s videos. I think it was illuminating…”

xQc proves he has more original content by doing ‘worm dance’
It became personal to xQc as he started trading insults back. Ethan replied, “What the f*** are you going to do all day—sit there and gamble? Nobody’s going to watch that sh*t.”. xQc took the opportunity to ask him if he could act like an adult. xQc goes on to say he can do a worm dance and would get more views than he has “in four years“. To that, Ethan said to do it then and xQc went ahead to make a viral clip.
Despite the debate being respectful and insightful on both sides in the beginning, it didn’t take long for it to unfold. Insults and personal lives got involved in quick time as eventually Ethan got fed up and left stream by stating, “I’m having a show to do, dude. Unlike you, I f*cking organize and put work into my show.“.
At one point Ethan even brought his wife in to join the debate. The stream ended as Ethan says this before leaving, “I understand for you, you’re just burning time. You could sit here for 12 hours and make your life easy. You wouldn’t have to steal videos. But me, I plan this. I have a show, a schedule.”
The link-up of the two stars was expected and stayed up to the hype. With both streamers known for their rage and insults, the debate went exactly how fans expected.
Many fans and influencers react to this spat:
The topic of streaming reacting content is still very much one of concern. Following this debate, streamers like Destiny reacted to it and gave their honest opinion on Ethan’s performance.
