Herschel Guy Beahm, popularly known as Dr DisRespect has been banned in Call of Duty Warzone 2 for a while but the streamer decided to reveal it after a couple of days because he thought it wasn’t a big deal to be banned on the game for a week, but why was the Two-Time banned in a game which brings insane number of views to his channel?
He decided to reveal the backstory of his getting banned from the game on a YouTube livestream hosted a few days ago. He brought up the subject when he was once again notoriously teasing his enemy in the proximity chat. “I should probably chill on this account,” the streamer decided to stop pulling tricks on his opponents but users were curious when he mentioned ‘this‘ account. He repeatedly informed his audience that the account in which he was playing the game doesn’t belong to him.
“They banned my other one for seven days for proximity chat use”. However, unlike other instances where the streamer gets furious at the developers, he seemed quite calm and composed, claiming that it’s just a matter of a couple of days and he’ll be unbanned again. “I wasn’t gonna say anything really because i really don’t care, you know champs,” The Doc concluded.
However, Dr DisRespect was not completely free from skepticism as when his chat asked him whether constant use of proximity chat was the reason for him getting banned, he stated, “Yeah it was probably for the spam, but was it really”? It was evident that the streamer was being sarcastic and indirectly hinting that there is an ulterior motive behind this 7 days ban on Call of Duty Warzone 2.
Dr DisRespect’s ban came before $100k OpTic Warzone tournament
Dr DisRespect might have been the most straightforward critic of the game ever since it was launched in the middle week of November. He was also disappointed to know that Activision didn’t invite him to the Creator’s meet of the game but this didn’t restrict him from playing the game. The streamer has a bittersweet relationship with Call of Duty as once he uninstalled the game after raging due to some bugs in the game but days later, he was back in Al-Mazrah again.
The streamer was also excited to be a part of the $100k tournament hosted by OpTic Texas but unfortunately he was banned in the game. Although he was ready with the solution and practiced from an alternate account which helped him to win the third position at the tournament with CourageJD and walk away with $3k as their prize money.

Fans respond to Dr DisRespect’s ban
The streamer’s fans protested against him getting banned on the game as they highlighted that the in-game lobby is always toxic, probably even more than what the streamer does with his opponents. One of his fans wrote, “If Dr DisRespect got banned, my ban is coming.”
Even though he was banned, it has little to do with the viewership stats he gets on a regular basis as fans are still excited to see the Two-Time grind daily at Call of Duty Warzone 2.
