Charles Leclerc along with other drivers, made the most of the autumn break before the 2024 season resumes in Austin this week. After the Singapore Grand Prix, the break offered teams and drivers a chance to regroup and prepare for the upcoming race. It also allowed them to relax, and spend quality time with loved ones. Leclerc shared photos on Instagram of himself surfing and relaxing on his luxury yacht in Monaco, making the most of his break.

Charles Leclerc enjoys time on his Riva 66′ Ribelle yacht, named “Sedici” after his racing number, 16 in Italian. The yacht was crafted by the renowned Italian builder Riva Yachts who is part of the Ferretti Group. It boasts an elegant design and high-performance features that perfectly match Leclerc’s love for speed and luxury.

Recently, the Monegasque driver shared photos of himself surfing and relaxing with friends on the yacht in Monaco. As the F1 season heads into the COTA event, Leclerc made the most of his downtime, soaking up the sun and unwinding before the action resumes.

Ferrari is currently third in the Constructors’ Championship and hopes to leverage their car upgrades to move into second. The Austin event poses opportunities and challenges for Charles Leclerc, who last year, secured pole position ahead of Lando Norris and Lewis Hamilton but struggled to convert that into a podium finish.

This season, expectations are again high for Leclerc to deliver a strong performance and earn valuable points. He aims to embrace the front-running challenge as Ferrari seeks to climb the Constructors’ standings.

Charles Leclerc claims Red Bull will remain strong until the season’s end

Red Bull has experienced a surprising performance slump, deviating from their strong form in the 2023 season. Milton Keynes faced technical challenges that hindered their performance. Currently, they sit 41 points behind Constructors’ leaders McLaren. Despite a series of underwhelming results, Max Verstappen managed to secure second place in the Singapore GP.

Ferrari, in third place behind Red Bull, needs to score solid points to at least secure second in the standings. This puts pressure on Leclerc to finish ahead of Verstappen. Although he acknowledges Red Bull could rebound, making Austin crucial for their performance.

I’ve never ruled [Red Bull] out, and I’m sure they will be strong until the end of the season.

With just six races left in the 2024 season, the battle for the championship is heating up. Teams have had ample time to work on their cars and implement upgrades. Red Bull, in particular, claims to have resolved their issues, but the upcoming races will be a true test. It remains to be seen whether their strong performance in Singapore was a sign of lasting improvements or just a one-off success.
