Red Bull Chief Technological Officer Adrian Newey has been having a stellar F1 season so far. With the 2022 F1 season having a massive rule change, the Brit went on to prepare for it in the best way possible and went on to deliver. Having won multiple world championships, the new rule change was an opportunity for him to grab even more titles and so he did.

Newey’s first job in the pinnacle of motorsport was with Fittipaldi in 1981. Ever since then, Adrian has gone on to become the most successful F1 designer of all time. The Red Bull CTO has racked up a reputation for winning the Constructor’s championship with three different teams. While the British F1 engineer is currently working with Max Verstappen, there was a time when he was working with Sebastian Vettel. Adrian Newey and Sebastian have gone on to win 4 drivers and constructors championships back to back. After Vettel left, there was a huge gap between their last championship and which was then stopped by Max who won the driver’s championship in 2021. Adrian has gone on to compare Red Bull’s two golden boys.

In an interview, here is what the Red Bull Chief Technological Officer had to say. “Sebastian was a big thinker, long debriefs and spent a huge amount of time going through everything. Max is more in the middle. So very different characters, but all phenomenal in their own right,” he concluded. What Adrian Newey has done for Red Bull is unprecedented and remarkable.

When it comes to the 2023 F1 season, Adrian Newey’s dominance is in full swing as Red Bull has won each and every single race this season so far. The team will be participating in their 100th ever Grand Prix in Canada where the aim will be to win yet again. It will be interesting to see how much more dominant the team will get over this year. It seems like they already have it in the bag.
