Christian Horner could find himself in a tough spot if the leaked evidence turns out to be true.

The Christian Horner Investigation saga seemingly came to a halt with Red Bull clearing the 50-year-old of any such allegations. However, Horner refused to comment any further on the entire investigation. Red Bull also declined to make the investigation report public, for the sake of keeping the matter private.
However, amidst these developments, the entire Whatsapp chats and images between the victim and offender were leaked to multiple journalists and people in F1 by an anonymous source. Christian Horner has since publicly issued a statement against the entire leaks. The principal reiterated how he wouldn’t comment on the speculations, and pointed out how he always denied the claims. Horner had previously denied the claims as well.
I won't comment on anonymous speculation, but to reiterate, I have always denied the allegations.Horner told as reported by @thomasmaheronf1/X.
Additionally, the principal mentioned how he respected the integrity of the team and their independent investigation over the status quo. Apart from this, Horner asserted that the investigation was fair and thorough. Any complaints made henceforth were invalid and not true according to the 50-year-old. However, if Horner is found to be guilty after Red Bull’s statement, the team could be in grave danger of falsifying investigation reports and siding with the team principal.
I respected the integrity of the independent investigation and fully cooperated with it every step of the way. It was a thorough and fair investigation conducted by an independent specialist barrister and it has concluded, dismissing the complaint made.
Christian Horner will continue the 2024 season as Red Bull’s team principal
The Briton walked away scott-free from the entire saga despite incriminating evidence against him. Red Bull had replacements ready in place if Horner were to be guilty. However, with Red Bull’s final result of the investigation, the team principal will continue to lead the team heading into the 2024 season of Formula 1.
Christian Horner has been the team principal ever since the team’s inception back in 2005 and would likely lead the team for years to come. Following the entire shenanigans, Max Verstappen was unfazed by these developments and shared a blunt response to the case. Hence, it is safe to assume that the drivers would continue the season as intended, regardless of the issues regarding Horner.
Red Bull has yet again developed a great challenger for fighting down the season. Although the team was unable to lead any of the two practice sessions, the team prepared for the qualifying session. Multiple teams have already accepted their fate for the 2024 season and how Milton Keynes would likely dominate the 2024 campaign as well.
