Daniel Ricciardo and Max Verstappen have more than one thing in common between them. Having raced for the same team for multiple years, the duo was known for their teammate rivalry but also how well they got along. Pulling pranks is the usual kinda day for both the drivers and today was nothing different at Red Bull.
Daniel Ricciardo was present in the Red Bull energy station along with Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez to shoot some content for Red Bull. However, during mid shoot talks, the honey badger came across something that led to everything falling in a pool of laughter. Daniel on one hand couldn’t stop laughing over the picture that he had on his phone.
The Aussie racer compared ‘Sid the Sloth’ from the movie Ice Age with Max Verstappen and was of the opinion that both of them looked similar. That sent the whole room into a blizzard of laughter. The meme around the 2 time world champion resembling the imaginary character has been going around for a while. Finally it reached up to the person being teased upon.

The Sid the sloth VS Max Verstappen comparison has led to a lot of laughter among the fans and the drivers in the paddock. Max can clearly be seen being visibly upset but in a cheerful way. While Sergio Perez laughed it out, so did the fans. Here is how they reacted to this incident-
While Max Verstappen was clearly not enjoying the moment, he will surely be hungry to enjoy standing on the top step of the podium on Sunday. With Sergio Perez winning in the principality of Monaco last time out, all the bets are off. With Fernando Alonso also being an active threat all throughout, it will be interesting to see who takes the chequered flag first.
