Aston Martin had high expectations for the Bahrain Grand Prix. However, things have not gone to plan as Fernando Alonso and Lance Stroll made contact at the start of the race. Alonso started this race from P5 and hoped for a good result. But the Spanish driver’s plans got derailed on the first lap.

Both Aston Martins risked their races as Stroll touched his teammate’s car. The commentators speculated if Fernando Alonso suffered a puncture on the right rear. Luckily, both cars did not get damaged by the incident. Although the two-time world champion slipped down the order to P7 after this disastrous start. It seems that the Canadian driver was more at fault than his teammate for this collision

Thus, Lance Stroll will have homework to do after this race. The Canadian driver will probably hear from his teammate about the incident. Though, the 24-year-old might continue to have unconditional support from his father even regarding this collision.
