However, fans were stressed when Carlos uploaded his recent Instagram post.
Recently, Carlos Sainz’s sister, Ana got married to a professional lawyer, Rodrigio Fontcuberta. The 28-year-old posted a picture from the wedding on Instagram. The picture depicted Carlos alongside his sister and father, Carlos Sainz Sr in wedding attire. The Spanish driver was delighted to see Ana have her life’s most beautiful day. Subsequently, he wrote the caption, “A really special day for the Sainz’s.”
Avid fans of the 28-year-old would be familiar with Ana Sainz. However, many new fans failed to recognize Carlos Sainz‘s sister. The Ferrari driver did not help matters as he posted the picture with a rather generic caption, without providing any details of Ana’s wedding. Certainly, this caused a stir among Carlos’s fans as many believed that it was Carlos who got married.

The comments section on Instagram was filled with fans expressing their initial panic. One user mentioned having lost their heartbeat for an instant before realizing the actual scenario. The user replied, “I thought you’re getting married and my heart stopped for a moment.” While another fan stated their relief in knowing that Carlos Sainz is still unmarried. The fan said, “Thought we lost him today girls.”
Additionally, one fan went further and called this post to be a way for Carlos Sainz to propose to them. The fan wrote, “Weird way for him to propose me.” On the other hand, another user was more concerned about knowing whether Lando Norris attended this wedding since Carlos and Lando are great friends. The user commented, “I bet Lando was at this party.”
Thus, fans can finally take a deep breath as Carlos Sainz has not yet married. However, this incident was certainly hilarious for the Spanish driver as hundreds were on the verge of heartbreak.
