Haas is currently the only American team on the 2023 F1 grid with Gunther Steiner being their team principal. Gene Haas had a very successful NASCAR team. This led to Steiner convincing Gene to establish a formula, 1 team in America and so he did. The United States have experienced a massive increase in the popularity of the pinnacle of motorsport. Major credit of this increment goes to one party.
When Netflix released their Drive to survive a F1 series, the viewership increased massively along with the sport’s popularity. All this seems to have played in the American team’s favour. While the team has had a rough few seasons, Guenther Steiner did not give up and kept going. After their Rich energy controversy, it seemed like all was over for the American outfit, but they refused to give up.
Back in 2021, Guenther Steiner hired rookies Mick Schumacher and Nikita Mazepin to drive for the team. When it comes to the 2023 season, Haas will have a new lineup. They are also known as the “suck my balls do” with it being none other than Nico Hulkenberg and Kevin Magnussen. February is the month of F1 car reveals and Haas was the first team to do so as they revealed their fighter for the upcoming season today.

We cannot wait to go racing with the car, to roll it out and put it on the track. I hope you like the car as well and we are looking forward to a strong season,” the Haas Team Boss concluded.
With Nico Hulkenberg and Kevin Magnussen being behind the wheels of Haas’s challenger for 2023, an exciting season awaits for the American team’s fans. This will be Nico’s first season back in the pinnacle of motorsport so it will be interesting to see how he performs with the team.
