One of the smaller F1 teams, Haas, received a significant financial boost in October. When it was revealed that MoneyGram will become its new title sponsor. At the time of the announcement. Haas F1 team principal Steiner stated that the infusion of cash will enable the team to close gaps with the budget cap, placing it on a greater par with the other teams.

Since entering the grid in 2016, Haas has operated within the team concept and has no plans to change that. At the completion of the prior season, Guenther Steiner stated specifically that the team’s attention should be on improving the car. Not its strategy as a whole. “The system we have got, we just want to stabilise it and just make sure that we use everything to make the car go quick, nothing else.” Steiner told Autosport.

The Haas team boss claims that for the time being, the team will remain with the model and make the most of it. If they can save money or make better investments while staying within their budgetary constraints by completing some of the work themselves, they do that next. But not immediately. After a tumultuous time during which it had two short-lived title sponsors in the previous four years. The entrance of MoneyGram gives Haas more security.

Haas 2023 livery

With increased excitement for the upcoming season with American MoneyGram now prominent as the title sponsor. Haas became the first Formula One team to debut their new design for 2023 on Tuesday. The Ferrari-powered automobile was depicted in an updated red, black, and white color scheme in the online release of digital renders.

Black has taken the place of the white base seen on Haas’s 2021 and 2022 challengers. Although white flashes and red accents have been kept, evoking parallels to their 2020 livery. This goes well with the color scheme of both MoneyGram, the organization’s current title sponsor, and Haas Automation, managed by Team Owner and Chairman Gene Haas.

Following last year’s regulation change, Haas climbed up to eighth place in the F1 constructors’ rankings. And will go into the 2023 season hoping to keep up their current upward trend. Fans have a mixed reaction to this livery. Some are enjoying the parallels it draws with the 2020 Haas car. And some are simply not having it. The American outfit has shown that they are clearly ready to hit the tracks.
