Lewis Hamilton is known in the paddock for not just his on-track experience but also his antics off track. The driver’s charm is beyond comparison and it shows when you look at the women that the 7-time world champion has dates in the past. One of them was grammy nominated artist Nicole Scherzinger who has recently made her way back to F1 Twitter after posting an interesting story.

Nicole Scherzinger and Lewis used to date each other on an on-off basis from 2007 but eventually decided to split up back in 2015 which seemed to be a massive disappointment for the fans. Lewis said that this was because of the problems that came due to being an F1 driver which included the busy schedules and travelling alone. Meanwhile, Scherzinger revealed that there were various reasons behind the pair breaking up.

In today’s day and age, Hamilton’s private life has been pretty much under the radar. Due to this, there is little to no information on his relationship whereabouts. Fast forward to yesterday when his ex-girlfriend posted an interesting story which managed to enlighten many fans who pointed out that it seemed like a dig on Lewis.

“Hammer time” is what she had as the caption of her story in which she was literally taking a hammer and demolishing a house. The phrase is originally what Hamilton’s race engineer Bono used to let the driver know that it’s time to push the car, as hard as possible. This is where it originated and Lewis’s former lover using that phrase came as a surprise to the fans.

The 2022 season has been pretty harsh on Lewis Hamilton while also giving him some time to rethink his commitments in various fields. This is the British driver’s second last season as a Mercedes driver with a new contract not in the works so soon. If the Mercedes follows this perfectly level into 2023, there is a high chance that the Brit would leave the team or the sport itself after his contract is over.
