For Mercedes debutant George Russell, his very first year with the Stuttgart-based team is working out to be a great one in his F1 career, thanks to the immense consistency and discipline of the young British racer. In the last seven races, George Russell has had top five finishes in all but one Grand Prix, the British Grand Prix, where Russell had to retire from his run because of a collision in the first lap itself.

Seeing George Russell so comfortable in his new team, many F1 pundits have predicted that he has good things coming his way in Mercedes, and his teammate Lewis Hamilton has also spoken up about this. The seven-time World Champion, who has seen many faces come in and go away from Formula 1, knows that George’s talent is special, and he can one day lead Mercedes, one of the most successful teams in the Sport, towards success.
