Guenther Steiner has got a seat vacant on his team for the 2023 F1 season, and with six races remaining in the current campaign, he has made it known that Daniel Ricciardo has to decide for himself what he wants to do.

Mick Schumacher is currently occupying the second seat on the Haas F1 team and Steiner has recently said that the German has a 50 percent chance of retaining his drive for next season.

With Schumacher’s future on the team uncertain, there are a few divers who could potentially replace the German for next season, and the former eight-time Grand Prix winner, Daniel Ricciardo is one of them.

While talking about Daniel, Steiner said, “In his situation, Daniel first has to decide for himself what to do. It makes little sense to persuade him to do something; he has to decide for himself. “If he feels like it, he’ll definitely call.

The Haas Team Principal has made it crystal clear that the 33-year-old has to decide for himself what he wants to do next season and ardently feels that the Australian would call him if he would like to do a season with Haas.
