However, the 2022 season was the first winless season for Lewis Hamilton. Consequently, the 38-year-old looks set to give in everything for the upcoming Formula 1 season. Before the hectic pre-season gets underway, Lewis Hamilton decided to hit the beach along with renowned creative director Daniel Forrest. Evidently, Hamilton has enjoyed his outing at the seafront with his close friend. Recently, Lewis uploaded a story on Instagram with the caption, “Calm before the storm.” Possibly, a hint from the British driver for what the fans can expect this season.

Lewis Hamilton even shared clips of himself surfing. The video has the song, “We saw the Sun” in the background, a perfect indication of the joyful mindset Hamilton has for this year. Lewis seems to love the sea as the 38-year-old faces the waves with confidence. Hamilton even shared a post on Instagram where the Mercedes driver could be seen cherishing his holidays.

The Formula 1 pre-season is well underway after the Haas F1 team’s livery launch. Hence, eyes will be on Lewis Hamilton this year, after the 38-year-old got outperformed by new teammate George Russell at Mercedes. Undoubtedly, Lewis is one of the best drivers the world has ever seen. Although after a rough season in 2022, as the team faced porpoising issues, Hamilton will have to solidify his place once again.

Lewis Hamilton has trained hard in the winter break this year, even going to Antarctica for training. Of course, Hamilton has had a troubled time in the sport since the 2021 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. When Max Verstappen won his first world title after a late safety car. Thus, Lewis has everything to aim for this year, and to provide his fans with the Lewis Hamilton who dominated the F1 turbo hybrid era for years.

As it stands, Lewis Hamilton looks well-prepared for whatever challenge he may face in F1 this year. Despite turning 38 this year, Lewis has not lost his hunger for winning. Additionally, Mercedes Team Principal Toto Wolff has clearly stated his faith in Hamilton’s will to remain in Formula 1. Of course, no one has doubted the pace of the British driver, who has everything that it takes to win in F1. Something which Lewis has proved time and time again. Fans would hope that Hamilton proves this once again in 2023.
