As well as the income he earns during the weekend in Zandvoort, just as we pay taxes in other countries where he generates income. Why do we have to pay tax on foreign income there? It would be strange if we pay twice?
Raymond Vermuelen said.

Christian Horner and the whole team has made no statement over this issue. Max’s representatives have already stated that it would be illogical to face double taxation by paying taxes for his income in such a way.

It would also be unjustifiable according to the tax laws that have been put in place. It will be interesting to see how this case pans out in the future. Currently, the champ will be focusing on the 2023 Canadian GP.
