The 2022 F1 season saw Max Verstappen claiming his second consecutive world title at the Suzuka Grand Prix. He won the driver’s championship with four races to go and has been putting on an absolutely dominating performance all season. The fans love him and his aggressive driving style which has earned him several victories throughout the span of his career.

He claimed the title at the Japanese Grand Prix, creating a huge points gap between him and his rival Charles Leclerc. Verstappen recently took to Twitter to upload a video of him showing a new special helmet which was designed to pay a tribute to his second world championship. He plans on wearing the helmet for the rest of the races in the season.

The fans absolutely loved Verstappen’s dominant display of race craft and performance throughout the season and it seems like he would go on to break multiple records and prove why he is one of the greatest drivers to have graced the sport of F1. The gold helmet which he revealed on Twitter is a way for him to show his absolute dominance in the season.

The fans commented on Verstappen’s new Twitter post in which he unveiled the new special helmet that he will wear to pay a tribute to his win and his dominant performance shown during the championship battle in the F1 2022 season.

An elated Verstappen tweeted: “A season to remember. For the remainder of the season I will be wearing this very special helmet in honor of the amazing year we’re having. I hope you all like it as much as I do!

There are mixed reactions to Verstappen winning the championship, but no one can doubt the capabilities and skills he has displayed during the F1 2022 season which has helped him to secure his second consecutive World Championship.
