The post-season activities for the F1 grid are all set in motion as the grid takes on playing Secret Santa with each other. In this name-picking game, drivers exchange gifts based on the names they receive on the chit. Hence, Valtteri Bottas received Carlos Sainz for the gift and gave him a gift that he would remember for his lifetime.

The Spaniard was surprised at opening the gift box as the box contained something he never expected. The box consisted of spicy pink colored underwear. The underwear was a hilarious pink color with multiple red chilies drawn over the underwear.

In addition to this, the box also contained a couple of spicy sauces indicating the spice tolerance for the Spaniard. Moreover, the underwear did not even seem the right size as it was too huge even in the hands of Sainz. Hence, the 29-year-old immediately assumed that it was Valtteri Bottas who would gift something so spicy.

Subsequently, Sainz was questioned if he was ever going to adorn the pink-colored underwear from Bottas. The Spaniard had a hilarious reply to this question as he initially nodded yes. However, after the nod, he claimed that he would never wear such underwear that was gifted by the Finnish driver.

What did Carlos Sainz get to the other driver for Secret Santa

After receiving such an unexpected gift from Bottas, Carlos Sainz had to gift some other driver something equally good. Hence, the 29-year-old received the name of reigning world champion Max Verstappen to gift him something. And hence, Sainz had a very thoughtful and amazing gift for the Dutchman.

Sainz gifted Verstappen an ‘Arcade Mini’. This mini gaming console consisted of approximately 152 vintage games to play with on the console. The note with the gift read that since the Dutchman was a huge fan of racing on the vintage tracks he would also love this vintage present from him. Hence, Verstappen subsequently thanked Sainz for the thoughtful gift and claimed that he would use it someday.

Seemingly, all the drivers have gifted each other very nice and thoughtful gifts. As the drivers prepare themselves over the winter break, a fun activity such as Secret Santa seems like the perfect getaway for them to relax and refresh. Hence, everyone shared their hilarious and well-thought gifts to the media and thanked each other over receiving the gifts.
