Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz have been teammates at Scuderia Ferrari since 2021. The two drivers have shared a good relationship as teammates and have avoided conflicts. However, Leclerc did not miss out on an opportunity to make fun of the Spanish driver recently in a promotional video for the Italian team.
The Monegasque driver was asked who he considers the worst actor among the two. Leclerc did not think twice before replying, “Carlos [Sainz].” It seems that the 25-year-old was extremely confident about being better than his teammate when it came to shooting promotions for his team. Although, it is unclear if Sainz knows about his teammate’s opinion.
Certainly, this is a hilarious take by Charles Leclerc. Both Leclerc and Sainz have to participate in several promotional activities for the Scuderia, considering Maranello’s massive brand value. Perhaps this clip would be brought up by the Spanish driver the next time Leclerc makes a mistake during a commercial shoot.

Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz are waiting for their first win in 2023

Leclerc and Sainz have failed to win a race this season, with Maranello failing to match the pace of Red Bull. Ferrari had been close to Milton Keynes at the start of the 2022 season, with Charles Leclerc putting a fight to Max Verstappen. However, the team lost out in the second half of the season, and Verstappen clinched an easy title victory.
The Scuderia has brought major upgrades this season with a new side pod design closer to the Red Bull RB-19. Leclerc managed to clinch a pole position at the Azerbaijan GP but faded away in the race. Much work remains to be done back in Maranello if the Prancing Horse truly wants to challenge Milton Keynes for the world title.
Thus, Charles Leclerc took a cheeky dig at Carlos Sainz’s poor acting skills. It appears that the Monegasque driver is rather keen on making fun of his teammate. Although, Sainz would try to defend his acting if given a chance. Perhaps the Tifosi would be the perfect judge for deciding who is the better actor in Scuderia Ferrari.
