Williams have come out with a very new concept to make their poster for the Mexican Grand Prix. The British team chose to animate a digital painting and put it up as an Instagram reel on their official handle. One thing that stands out in their poster is that they have featured three racers in it–Alex Albon, Nicholas Latifi, and Logan Sargeant.
While Latifi is walking out from F1 next year, it is rumored that Sargeant will be taking his place once he gets a super license. And judging from the Williams poster, the team is already considering him as their driver! In other news, Sargeant did appear as Williams’ racer for FP1 at the Mexican GP on the Friday before the Main Race.

Ferrari have gone above and beyond all expectations with their poster for the Mexican Grand Prix. The Maranello outfit decided to go with a marvelous artwork by illustrator Gianmarco Veronesi, who works at Tiwi Studio, Italy. It should also be noted that Veronesi had previously designed the team’s poster for the Italian Grand Prix in Monza.
The poster boasts a brilliant burst of colors, and there is a Quetzalcoatl–a feathered serpent worshipped in the Aztec culture, which is shared by many in Mexico.
McLaren: Ricciardo and Norris’ smiles seal the deal

McLaren recently released their poster for the Mexican GP which showed their two racers–Lando Norris and Daniel Ricciardo–looking at the viewers with huge smiles pasted on their faces. The artwork also has the Mexican flag covering the background, and the post bears the caption–“It’s race week in Mexico“.

Alpha Tauri have given Ferrari a good fight for the honor of the team with the best Mexican Grand Prix poster. The team put up an amazing artwork which features depictions from the popular Mexican holiday ‘Dia de los Muertos’. The day is celebrated by the people of the North American country on the 2nd of November, which is right around the corner, so it is befitting for AlphaTauri to select it as a theme for their poster.
Alpine: Tribute to the country’s most special monument

Just like Williams did with their poster, Alpine also decided to go the unconventional way and pick a digital animated artwork for their Mexican Grand Prix 2022 poster. While the bright pink colour steals the hearts of many, it is the depiction of the Chichen Itza in the background that makes this poster so special.
The Chichen Itza is an ancient temple with a history dating back to the days of the Mayan civilization and it is one of the most important Mexican monuments with a UNESCO World Heritage status.
Aston Martin: An amalgamation of various elements handpicked from the Mexican culture

Aston Martin’s poster for the Mexican Grand Prix shows off a number of elements that require careful scrutiny. While there is the trademark deep-green racecar visible in one corner, a bigger chunk of the poster shows the Chichen Itza, with some masks from the Dia de los Muertos lined right in front of it. And there is also a bottle of Peroni Nastro Azzuro 0.0%, an Italian beer and a partner to Aston Martin.
Alfa Romeo: Channeling strength from the Mexican fighters

Alfa Romeo blessed the fans with not just one poster ahead of the Mexican Grand Prix, but two–one showing the famous statue that one might chance upon at the heart of the Mexico City–‘The Angel of Independence’, and the other showing the “luchadors” or Mexican wrestlers.

Both the Alfa Romeo posters hold great significance as the art is meaningful–the Angel of Independence symbolizes hundred years of freedom for Mexico from the Spanish regime. And the poster with the luchadors shows that Alfa Romeo want to walk into the Grand Prix weekend with a fighting spirit that resembles that of the luchadors.

Mercedes have got an “exclusive poster series” dedicated to all the circuits they visit for the Grands Prix all year round. This time, they have kept the poster simple, with their Silver Arrow racecar against a pink background. And to add a Mexican flair to the artwork, they have depicted a Mexican sombrero, a Balero (Mexican toy), and the Mexican eagle.
As for Red Bull and Haas, their posters are expected to come out in the next few days as the Mexican GP is only an arm’s throw away. While all the posters are beautiful and significant in their own way, Ferrari and Alpha Tauri clearly take the trophy for the most eye-catching artworks among this lot.
