Just as the fans are counting days till the Formula 1 circus reaches the Marina Bay Street Circuit for this year’s Singapore Grand Prix, news has dropped about the amazing lineup of artists who are going to play at the event from September 30 to October 2. The headliners of the star-studded concert includes international names like DJ Marshmello, Irish boy band Westlife, the famous rapper The Kid Laroi, and many others.

As the news has spread like wildfire about all the pop artists coming to Singapore for the concert which will follow the nighttime race, fans have started going for the tickets at lightning speed. Sales have gone up astronomically as everyone wants to witness the live performances of chart-topping artists like Marshmello. The Singapore GP was off the F1 calendar for the last two years, and this year they are back with a huge splash.

Ever since 2008, the organizers of the Singapore Grand Prix have somewhat made a name for themselves for roping in artists of international repute to perform at their race. The list of superstars who have taken to the stage at the Marina Bay in the previous years include Rihanna, Katy Perry, the Red Hot Chili Peppers, etc. All these performances take place on the main Padang stage and the artists are going to be present on different days throughout the weekend for entertaining the audience off the tracks once the race is over.

Singapore Grand Prix is all set to be absolutely rocked by Marshmello and other international artists

As per the reports, the line-up for the performances in the Singapore Grand Prix which will span the whole race weekend include Marshmello, Green Day, Westlife, Suede, Suede, TLC, Black Eyed Peas, and The Kid Laroi. While some of these artists were confirmed for the event months back, the others were reported to have signed up for the concert in July.

Of all the performances, Marshmello’s set will be up for the audience on Friday after the Free Practice Sessions. And Westlife will be the headlining act for Saturday’s event, and they will be joined by TLC, Suede, Black Eyed Peas onstage. And drawing the weekend to a close on Sunday will be the American punk group Green Day. This will be their first F1 GP performance and they will be seen again during the United States GP in October, alongwith Ed Sheeran.
