At the very start of the season, Red Bull struggled to keep up with Ferrari’s pace owing yo their car reliability issues, and the drivers had the responsibility on their shoulders to bring valuable Championship points for the team. While the nerves were

a lot more intense at that time, the team is leading with a huge gap now. But even then, the Red Bull duo said every race causes them anxiety as they feel the need to perform at their level best.

As fans always look up to reigning F1 World Champion, Max Verstappen, there have been many speculations about how he must deal with the tension that comes before every race. Speaking on this topic, Max Verstappen said, “You can feel your heart rate going up. You know this is the lap that matters. Your adrenaline also goes through the roof, but that’s what we like.”

Sergio Perez then discussed the need of putting a good performance during the Qualifying. He said, “It’s important you keep the focus. If you get to comfortable that you have a great lap, and you try to preserve that lap, then it’s easy to lose two tenths in one corner. It’s never a good lap until it’s completed.”
