Charles Leclerc showed impressive form, clinching pole and victory in his recent races. However, the Singapore GP didn’t go as planned. On Thursday, he was fastest in both practice sessions, alongside Lando Norris from McLaren. Unfortunately, during Saturday’s qualifying, Leclerc struggled, failing to make the top five after running over a kerb. This resulted in his lap being deleted and as a result, he qualified in P9.

The race start was disappointing for Charles Leclerc, who had been highly competitive in recent races. Starting well behind the front row made things more challenging for him at the Singapore GP. The strategy Ferrari had planned, which involved a very long stint, frustrated him. He expressed his annoyance, wanting to know how many laps they would stick to this approach.

Bryan Bozzi, Leclerc’s race engineer, urged him to stay calm and focus on racing. He believed that frustration would only make things worse. The Monagasque needed to trust the strategy and concentrate on gaining positions. Midway through the race, the 26-year-old managed to climb several spots, with his teammate Carlos Sainz just behind him.
