Nottingham Forest, Alisson’s injury and a potential quadruple on the line for Liverpool

Jurgen Klopp‘s final season at Anfield is shaping up to be a historic one. The German has announced his decision to leave the club at the end of the season, and Liverpool are preparing to give him the best farewell gift possible. You doing think about these things for even one second. It’s not important. What’s important is that we get through these situations successfully.

However, many believe that his side’s title hopes have been handed a significant blow in the light of Alisson Becker‘s recent injury. Klopp admitted that his injury was not a short one and was ‘rather serious’.

The Reds are up against Nottingham Forest in the league on Saturday, and a win will see them go four points clear of the defending champions. Liverpool are in for a tough set of games in March, as they face Manchester City, Manchester United and Brighton in the space of 3 weeks. With Klopp entering his final months at Anfield, fans are fingers crossed for a farewell quadruple.
