Cristiano Ronaldo is a hero to millions, and he understands how to please the crowds. At his Al-Nassr presentation, he received an additional round of cheers from his new followers for talking in their native tongue. Fans would have expected to witness his famous ‘Siuu’ cry, but it was absent from the scene.

However, the former Manchester United star expressed gratitude for the good reception he had experienced in Saudi Arabia. Cristiano Ronaldo’s unveiling ceremony at Al-Nassr Stadium was stunning, with a massive audience applauding and singing his name after a laser and pyrotechnic display. Pictures from the ceremony appeared to be from a trophy commemoration rather than a player unveiling.

Ronaldo addressed in English, commenting about the caliber of the Saudi league and stating his wish to “make people happy”. He also embraced academy players, kicked balls into the fans, and posed for photographs with his family.

“Ana Alamy,” meaning  “I’m global,” was the chant, a connection to the team’s nickname. No doubt, everything was part of a cleverly thought out branding scheme, although one that narrowly didn’t work, but the audience was upbeat and enjoyed it. Cristiano Ronaldo is off to a good start in his newest journey.

After announcing his move to the Saudi Pro League, the iconic Cristiano Ronaldo crushed many hearts. The 37-year-old legend is about to embark on a new chapter in his journey. Cristiano Ronaldo has opted to leave European football after dominating the sport for the past 20 years.

Cristiano Ronaldo, 37, arrived in Riyadh yesterday and was welcomed by hundreds of supporters. Cristiano Ronaldo received questions from the journalists at the media briefing before the unveiling. When discussing his transfer to Saudi Arabia, the former Manchester United player incorrectly referred to the country as “South Africa,” causing media attention from the beginning.

“For me, it is not the end of my career to come to South Africa (Saudi Arabia),” CR7 stated to the news outlets while conducting his debut media briefing with his new team, Al Nassr.  When Ronaldo committed this mistake, he was discussing the level of sport in Saudi Arabia and Asia. He feels that Asian football is “different,” and that his tenure remains much further from done.

Cristiano Ronaldo saw numerous supporters come to Mrsool Park for the initial time to watch him. The club’s backing for the Portuguese superstar was overwhelming. Al Nassr supporters have sought solace after cries of “Cristiano Ronaldo” resonated throughout Riyadh.
