After Argentina defeated France in the finals of the 2022 FIFA World Cup, the streets of Buenos Aires have gone absolutely mad with people celebrating it for like three days now. The team arrived home back from Qatar on Tuesday and since then the triumph parade is on with the team bus being surrounded by millions of fans.
The big news is that Argentine goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez has taken the post-match celebrations to another level starting from his dressing room chants about, “Mbappe is no more” which continued till Buenos Aires. He was seen carrying a baby doll with the French star’s face on it during their victory parade.
While it was Kylian Mbappe’s 24th birthday on Tuesday, the Argentine players and the fans are absolutely not near stopping their mockings. But what caught the attention of the world was that Lionel Messi was seen standing close to Martinez while the latter raised the Mbappe doll with both enjoying the parade.

The world has gone angry after the reaction of Emiliano Martinez and Lionel Messi regarding the duo’s behavior toward Kylian Mbappe. Some people are questioning Messi’s leadership qualities and are bashing him for not stopping his teammate from doing such downtrodden behavior.
Piers Morgan tweeted, “Why is Messi letting Martinez mock & humiliate Mbappe like this? They’re teammates at PSG, just so weird & graceless.” Some journalists are also bashing Messi saying, “Imagine Mbappe seeing Martinez mocking him and his Teammate Messi standing next to him did absolutely nothing about it. This is extreme & intentional.”
Some other fans reacted saying, ” Must be the peak for Mbappé seeing Martinez taking the piss like that with Messi just standing there. Would really annoy me if that happened with 2 players from my team. Shame on you Martinez & shame on Messi for standing next to you & letting you do this!!”
