Charles Leclerc managed to secure back-to-back pole positions in qualifying session of Azerbaijan Grand Prix to continue his impressive form on the street circuits. The Monegasque driver managed to gain the ideal tow from Mercedes’ Lewis Hamilton to secure a lap in 1m41.218 seconds. However, the 7-time World Champion was not too far behind as he only finished a quarter of a second after the Ferrari ace driver.

With Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton occupying the initial positions. The leading driver in the driver’s standings, Max Verstappen was involved in a massive clash with AlphaTauri’s Yuki Tsunoda. However that will ensure that the Red Bull driver occupies the third position in this Azerbaijan Grand Prix Qualifying Session.
