Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton
February 2022 is ongoing, and so are the car launches of the teams. So far, we have seen Haas, Red Bull, Aston Martin, and McLaren reveal their challengers for the 2022 season, which will bring major changes in the regulations of F1.
The 2022 season is ready to begin this month with pre-season testing in Barcelona and next month is Bahrain before the GP weekend. During the pre-season testing, we will see some of the fastest drivers in the world, taking their new machines for a quick drive.
F1 is one of the most exclusive and expensive sports on the planet. The teams need to pay drivers for their driving and the money they bring to the team, which makes them one the most paid athletes in the world.
Who gets paid the most? Lewis Hamilton or Max Verstappen?
The uncertainty of the investigation of 2021 Abu Dhabi still looms over the head. However, one thing remains for sure- Lewis Hamilton remains the highest-paid driver on the grid by a massive margin.
The British driver is well ahead of his arch-rival Max Verstappen in terms of the paycheck. As Hamilton confirmed his comeback to the sport, he’s set to receive massive bonuses from the Mercedes team.
