This is the first international marketing agreement that the Trump Organization has made since Mr. Joe Biden replaced Donald Trump as the President. The deal signed with the Real Estate Company includes a housing and golf complex licensed to the organization’s name, to be built in Muscat, Oman.

“It is an honor to work with Dar Al Arkan, who share our vision for superior quality and excellence,” The Trump Organization said in a statement to the New York Times.

“This will be a truly magnificent project that integrates luxury living and world-class hospitality at the highest levels.”

The exact financial terms of the deal were not made public but a spokesperson for the Trump Organization established that the brand will be a part of a $1.6 BILLION project. The project will be identified as “AIDA” and will have around 3500 residential units, luxury retails and 450 rooms at the hotel.

“The Trump corruption complex is back in business,” said Robert Weissman, the president of Public Citizen, a liberal government watchdog group. “It is a remarkable revelation on the expected eve of his presidential candidacy announcement. Even without that, it would be stunning as another in a series of sweetheart deals from the Saudi government to the Trump family.”

The project website describes the place as, “A place where the earthy atmosphere envelops 3,500 residential units consisting of medium-sized villas, townhouses, and low-rise apartments, A place where two charming hotels, a plaza filled with cafes and restaurants, a gated promenade, luxury retail and wellness centers, and gorgeous outdoor landscapes await.”
