Now the golfer has teased his followers once again. On his Instagram account, he first mentioned that he had an announcement to make on Monday at 12 p.m. Central Time. In the second slide, he expressed that he was coming home.

Greg Norman claims Bryson DeChambeau’s YouTube success happened because of LIV Golf

The 2-time U.S. Open winner has 2.9 million subscribers on his YouTube channel. He often engages in fun content and has played golf with some of the biggest names, including U.S. President Donald Trump.

While speaking on Golf Digest’s Real Deal podcast, Norman lauded the efforts of the 33-year-old.

I would say Bryson was in the right place at the right time, with the right personality and the right vision. But he can only have that because of LIV, because we gave him his IP rights. When you’re not playing a LIV tournament you can go do whatever you want. You can monetize your IP. So he saw this incredible moment in time for himself. And I’m so happy and so pleased for him that he has maximized on that.

Greg Norman said regarding Bryson DeChambeau

Norman argued that there would be some players back on the PGA Tour who would be jealous of DeChambeau’s YouTube success. The “Great White Shark” also claimed that had he stayed on the PGA Tour, he would not have gotten the chance to make content on YouTube.

Earlier this year, DeChambeau claimed he would love to grow his YouTube channel in case LIV Golf folds after the 2026 season. He also faced some heat regarding his YouTube channel after he missed the cuts in the first three majors of the year.
