Just a few days ago, Paige Spiranac on her podcast ‘Playing A Round’ spoke about how Michael Block brutally turned down a kiss from his wife, Val at the US PGA Championship event. She goes on to slam the event star for his actions in front of the camera, especially as millions of eyes were on him.

The incident took place after Block walked off the 18th green at Oak Hill last Sunday. Val ran towards the golfer to embrace and kiss him when Block apparently turned away from the attempted kiss, only hugging his wife tightly. Spiranac notes that if she was his partner then things would’ve taken an ugly turn for Block.

The social media influencer further said that she would have never forgiven her man if he were to deny her a kiss in front of the camera. Even if the fans didn’t notice the awkward moment between Val and Block, it caught the attention of Spiranac.

She noted she if she was in front of the camera and went up to her man for a hug and a kiss and then “he just denies me a kiss in front of all these people on camera, I would be bringing that up later.” Spiranac further commented that it won’t be just one day that she would bring it up but a “single day for the rest of our lives until we die.” 

She even said that she won’t be letting the matter go even if they were on their deathbeds stating, “I’d be like, ‘remember when you didn’t kiss me on camera?’ That would be the last thing I’d ever say. That would be a fight later.”

Although Paige Spiranac slammed Michael Block for his moment with Val, she also supported him from fans who called him out for his performance at Charles Schwab Challenge. Following Block’s incredible run at the PGA Championship event last week, the pro golfer struggled in his performance at the ongoing event.

According to reports, he only cared 11-over 81, finishing his worst round of the day by 4 shots. Just a day ago, Block stated that if he had Rory McIlroy’s drive length then he could have been the world’s best golfer. Some of McIlroy’s loyal fans took it as a diss at the pro golfer while some thought he was being cocky after playing alongside Rory at the PGA Championship event.

Spiranac took a stance for him on social media asking people to not put “so much pressure to perform” on the golfer. She further said that she feels for him as “no one prepares you for how to handle public scrutiny”. She asked fans to “cut him some slack” and give him time to adjust to his game.
