According to the response document filed by the lawyers for Jupiter Island Irrevocable Homestead Trust, Tiger Woods locked, and removed Herman from his residence and later “informed her she could not return.” Erica Herman further claimed that she was missing $40,000 in cash which was apparently left in the house.

Tiger Woods shared the Jupiter mansion with Herman, and his two children from ex-wife Elin Nordegren. According to attorneys, the deal of Herman staying at Woods’ mansion was only void during their relationship frame. Since they split up in 2022, the deal was void as a result the lawsuit faced several accusations.

Herman claimed that they had an “oral agreement”. According to it, the former was permitted to stay in the house as long as they are dating. But following their breakup, Herman was outed by Woods and “locked out” of the mansion. A hearing was scheduled but due to Herman’s removal of the suit, it was not carried out in the end.

The latest $30 million filing read that Erica Herman has dismissed the case without further “prejudice”. The case was filed on 2022, October 26. With her dropping the lawsuit, the duo’s toxic lawsuit relationship will soon come to a final end.

Herman previously in a lawsuit claimed that she was sexually harassed by her then-boss Woods. She was apparently forced to either sign an NDA in 2017 or be fired from her job at The Woods restaurant. The Florida Judge ruled out the case stating there was only “vague and threadbare” evidence and asked it to be handled through private arbitration.

The couple started dating back in 2017 and enjoyed their time together for five years before their split. Prior to being known as the girlfriend of the golfing legend, Herman used to work at Jupiter Island Restaurant, The Woods in 2014.
