How many Samoan blood relations does Roman Reigns have in WWE?

Roman Reigns is a member of the illustrious Anoa’i family, which is recognised for its illustrious wrestling history and a slew of outstanding wrestlers. Roman Reigns will tell you that he has over a hundred relatives if you ask him. However, we’re limiting ourselves to a select group of wrestlers who have made a name for themselves.
Let’s start with the Anoa’i family tree, which begins with Trovale Anoa’i and High Chief Peter Maivia, both of whom are “blood brothers.”

Are Roman Reigns and The Rock cousins?

Although Roman Reigns refers to The Rock as his cousin, the two are not biologically related. Maivia and Trovale were blood brothers, as previously stated. Surprisingly, The Rock and Nia Jax do have a true family relationship.

Rosey

Rosey Reigns had a four-year career in WWE, the polar opposite of his younger brother Roman Reigns’ current reign. He’s competed in the independent circuit, including trips to Japan, Epic Championship Wrestling, and a variety of other promotions. On April 17th, 2017, he, unfortunately, passed away.

Yokozuna

Yokozuna was one of the family’s most well-known members at the time. He was a WWE Hall Of Famer and a two-time WWF Champion. He pretended to be a Japanese sumo athlete who was completely powerful in the arena. After 8 years in the American Wrestling Association (AWA), he made his WWF debut in 1992 and was immediately promoted to the top.

Tonga Kid

Tama (actual name Sam Fatu) is the younger brother of Rikishi and Umaga. He spent five years in the WWF, where he made his debut as The Tonga Kid. Afoa and Sika, two wild Samoans, taught him how to fight. He was called Tama three years into his term.

He also worked for WCW for a year, where he was known as The Samoan Savage. After leaving WCW in the summer of 1990, he wrestled all over the world for the following 21 years until retiring.

Rikishi

Rikishi is a WWE Hall of Famer most recognised for his 12-year run with the company. He went through several gimmick changes, but he is likely best recognised for his time in the Attitude Era. He’s notorious for his “stinkface” finisher, which entails putting his rival’s mouth between his buttocks and kneading it furiously.

WWE let him go in 2004 when he refused to drop weight despite repeated requests from the company. He is still remembered as a revered figure from the Attitude Era.

Umaga

Blood relation with Roman Reigns

The deceased, great Umaga will always be remembered as one of the Ruthless Aggression Era’s most revered heels. He was a two-time Intercontinental champion, and many fans considered he should have won the World Championship.
He had a dismal initial stint with the WWE as Jamal when he formed a tag team with Roman Reigns’ brother Rosey called 3-minute warning. After violating the WWE’s Wellness Policy and declining to go to rehabilitation, Umaga was discharged. On December 4th, 2009, he had a heart attack and regrettably died.

The Usos(Jonathan Salofa Fatu & Joshua Samuel Fatu)

Roman Reigns and The Usos are not relatives in the traditional sense. They are, however, approximately the same age and all three grew up together, developing a brotherly bond. Rikishi’s children are known as the Usos. When they first began working with Roman Reigns in 2016, they began to receive unfavourable feedback.
In 2016, they had a career comeback after joining SmackDown Live. Since then, they’ve risen to become one of WWE’s most popular tag teams, winning multiple tag team titles and putting on a slew of entertaining matches, many of which were dubbed “match of the year” at the time.
